How sites work
Your first site carries the cost. The next ones barely do.
Your $99 covers your account, onboarding and support. Extra sites cost us very little, so they cost you very little. And once you reach the cap, every site after that is free.

For our first customers, Pro is also available as a one-time purchase. After December 31, lifetime licenses are gone for good.
Why only until December 31?
A lifetime license is paid once, but the work behind it never stops: updates, security fixes and real people on calls. That only stays sustainable while lifetime customers are a small part of everyone we support.
If too many lifetime licenses sell, it may not be fully sustainable for a team our size. So we may close the offer before December 31, and we won’t bring it back. If you buy one, it stays yours.

Pricing FAQ
How does the price work?
Pro is $99 a year with one site included. Each extra site adds $30 a year. Your total never goes above $350 a year, and from there you can add as many sites as you like.
Can I add or remove sites myself?
Yes, from your portal, at any time. Sites you add mid-year are prorated to your renewal date. Removing a site frees the slot right away and lowers your next renewal.
How many support calls do I get?
Pro yearly accounts get 2 hours of booked call time a year, Hosted accounts get 4 hours a year, and lifetime licenses get 4 hours in the first year, plus an onboarding call in the first 30 days. Calls are 30 minutes each, and you can buy extra time at $59 per 30 minutes if you need it.
Do staging sites count?
No. Staging and local development sites are free.
Do you move my site for me?
Yes, from any platform. The migration tool is included with every plan. Done-for-you migrations start at $290 for up to 5 courses and 1,000 learners, and are free with managed hosting, or for Pro customers who buy by January 31, 2027. See migration details
Is the free version enough for me?
For a first course, often yes. You can stay on it as long as you like, and upgrading later keeps all your courses, learners and settings.
What happens if I stop renewing?
The plugin keeps working on your sites. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
What does a lifetime license include?
One payment of $299 for your first site, $59 for each extra site, up to 20 sites in total. Updates for as long as SkillGrove LMS is maintained, and Pro support with 4 hours of booked calls in the first year. Sold until December 31, 2026, or earlier if we have to close the offer.
Do you take a percentage of my course sales?
No. Payments go straight to your Stripe or PayPal account, or through your own cart.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of purchase, yearly or lifetime, and we refund you in full. See the refund policy .
Who qualifies for the nonprofit program?
Registered nonprofits, charities, associations and public education institutions. Write to us with proof of status and we send you a discount code.
