For organizations
Your company academy on WordPress, connected to Microsoft 365
Assign training, follow completion and prove compliance, on a platform you own. Your people sign in with their work account, and your data stays where you decide.
What you need from training
Assign it, track it, prove it
Assign
Put people in groups by department or role. Group members are enrolled automatically, and group leaders follow their own team.
Track
See progress per learner, per course and per group, with quiz results and assignment grades in one gradebook.
Prove
Export reports to CSV or Excel, issue verifiable certificates, and keep an audit log of sensitive changes.
Microsoft 365
One sign-in, the groups you already have
We work with WPO365, the leading Microsoft 365 plugin for WordPress, instead of reinventing it. Its free version covers single sign-on and account creation.
- Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID
- Accounts created on first sign-in
- Entra ID groups mapped to training groups
- Training assigned by department or role

For your IT team
Questions IT usually asks
Where is the data stored?
On the WordPress site that runs the plugin. Self-hosted, that is your infrastructure. Managed by us, it is hosted in the EU.
How does single sign-on work?
Through WPO365 and Microsoft Entra ID. Users sign in with their work account, and accounts are created on first sign-in.
Is it GDPR compliant?
The plugin plugs into WordPress personal data export and erase tools, and cleans up related data when a user is deleted. When we access your site for support, we act as a data processor under a data processing agreement.
Is it accessible?
The learner experience is built to WCAG 2.1 AA, including keyboard navigation and labelled controls.
Can we connect it to our other systems?
Yes, through the REST API and signed webhooks for enrollment, completion, grading and orders.
